Since 2014, Net Results has worked closely with Ford’s Vehicle Operations’ Body Construction Engineering (VO BCE) and Launch Training and Development resources to design and deliver Bodyshop training. All training modules comply with Ford’s VOPSSG-008 Joining Quality Program and applicable Engineering Specifications. Standardized training content follows approved VO BCE guidelines, and it is customized to the Vehicle Program unique to the plant location.

Classroom & Coaching
Classroom Training

Instructor-led sessions that cover essential topics in Body Joining Inspection, Teardown & Cross-Section, Joint Repair, Joint Troubleshooting, L1 & L2 Ultrasound, and Body Shop Leadership. These structured classes allow for deep dives into theory and practical application.

On-the-Job Coaching (OJC)

Hands-on, real-world training that takes place directly in the work environment. OJC Plans are completed on an individual basis for each Plant. General Knowledge Coaching includes:

  • Source / Core Document
  • Tool / Gauge Training
  • Hands-on Work with 7122 / 7030
  • Discrepancy Process
  • 7122 to WIM to Part Tracing
  • Suspect Tracing
