At MRC Global, he excelled as Vice President of Customer Contracts and Vice President of Global Business Development, overseeing global teams responsible for negotiating and managing multi-million-dollar contracts across diverse industries. His expertise spans the MRO supply chain, including integrated supply solutions, procurement, and e-commerce systems, where he has significantly optimized operations and driven revenue growth. Jeff has also implemented key technology solutions like ERP systems to streamline supply chain processes.

Holding a degree in Business Administration and Management from Marshall University, Jeff combines his strong educational foundation with decades of hands-on leadership, demonstrating a unique ability to drive operational efficiency and market growth in the MRO sector.

Scott is an accomplished quality and engineering leader with over four decades of experience in the automotive and industrial sectors. He served as the Director of Quality Products and Services at the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) where he led volunteer project teams to develop and implement key quality process guidelines and standards across the global automotive supply chain. His notable projects included the rewriting of ISO/TS16949, aligning AIAG and VDA FMEA manuals, and driving initiatives in Model-Based Enterprise, Problem Solving, and Traceability.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University. He is a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, awarded by the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

Engineering Support & Training Specialist

Troy is an experienced safety and training professional with over 30 years in the industry.
He spent three decades at Ford Motor Company, where he held leadership roles focused on training and team development. As a leader and trainer, he was responsible for training team processes, reviewing operational instructions, auditing training records, and delivering safety lessons. His extensive experience at Ford included mentoring teams and driving safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety standards and improving operational efficiency.

Troy holds a BS in Applied Health Science-Health & Safety from Indiana University Bloomington and certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, AED, and OSHA 30-hour General Industry Outreach.

His team’s success was reflected in consistent client satisfaction and the seamless delivery of tailored strategies across North America.

As Vice President of Operations, Glenn ingrained a deep understanding of maximizing performance through meticulous attention to detail and manufacturing process improvement. Glenn believes that it is not just about managing operations; it is about leading change that yields tangible results. His mission is backed by a passion for innovation in solution design and an unwavering commitment to operational efficiency.

Glenn holds a BS in Business Administration from High Point University and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and OSHA Safety.

Rebecca is a senior leader with 25 years of experience in continuous improvement and transformational change, specializing in manufacturing and finance. She spent over 20 years in automotive manufacturing, holding leadership roles in Engineering, Production, and Maintenance.

In addition to her automotive expertise, Rebecca has a strong track record in streamlining business processes, automating tasks, and optimizing resources while maintaining quality and safety. In finance, she served as a Senior Process Engineer and Consultant, leading cross-functional improvement efforts and cultural transformations.

Rebecca holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Youngstown State University and a master’s in manufacturing engineering from Kettering University. She is certified in Lean and Continuous Improvement.
