Rich is a recognized thought leader in production, asset management, and supply chain practices. In 1996, he founded Net Results Inc. and developed the patented Demand Supply Compression (DSC) FrameworX™ methodology, widely used in Lean, Asset Management, and MRO Supply Chain. Over his four-decade career, Rich has worked across diverse industries, including automotive, mining, oil & gas, power generation, and the Department of Defense.
Rich holds a BS in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, served in the U.S. Marine Corps, and has graduate studies in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Global Business. He is the author of the Lean Series of Memory Joggers™ and Strategic MRO: Roadmap for Transforming Your Assets into a Strategic Advantage.
Andy Page, Ph.D.

Andy is a leader in asset management with over 30 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, risk management, and change management. He began his career as a maintenance engineer in the aluminum smelting industry and spent 8 years as a reliability leader in mining before transitioning to a consulting role.
In his 20-year consulting career, Andy has worked across various industries, including food processing, chemical processing, and pharmaceuticals. He specializes in developing business cases for improving plant reliability and guiding organizations through change. With advanced degrees in industrial and organizational psychology, his doctoral research focused on addressing resistance to change.
Andy is also a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional, and PROSCI Certified Change Management Professional, making him a trusted expert in driving innovative solutions.
Lyda Ingram
Learning & Development Manager
Lyda is a process engineering and project management professional with 19 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specializing in the automotive sector. She has led successful projects in process improvement, product line relocations, and employee training programs, ensuring customer compliance and operational efficiency.
Lyda is skilled in Lean Manufacturing, Asset Management, Six Sigma, and Demand Supply Compression (DSC) FrameworX™ methodologies, driving quality improvements and cost savings. She holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Javeriana. Lyda is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor, and is fluent in both Spanish and English.
