Andy brings deep asset management experience attained through designing, teaching, and improving the reliability of manufacturing and processing plants throughout the United States and Europe. He brings over 30 years of experience in the fields of maintenance and reliability, risk management, and change management.

Andy began his career as a maintenance engineer in a primary aluminum smelter and spent 8 years as a reliability leader in the mining industry. Then transitioned to consulting. Over a 20-year consulting career, Andy has worked with companies across several industry verticals, namely food processing, chemical processing, pulp & paper, and pharmaceuticals. During his time in the consulting world, Andy developed a passion for business case development in the financial justification of improving plant level reliability as well as change management and leadership during transitional periods.

Andy has advanced degrees in industrial and organizational psychology. His doctoral dissertation was on the effects of the proactive treatment of resistance to change. Andy has specific experience in leading organizational change, coaching at the executive level, and solving unique problems in innovative ways. Andy has conducted assessments, formal training classes, and program design workshops with clients in various industries across the U.S. and in many foreign countries.

Additionally, Andy is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional, and a PROSCI Certified Change Management Professional.

Rich is a recognized industry thought leader in production, asset management, and supply chain practices. In 1996, he founded Net Results Inc. and has since provided his expertise to various private and public sector industries worldwide. Rich’s patented Demand Supply Compression (DSC) FrameworX™ methodology has been widely implemented and licensed for applications in Lean, Asset Management, and MRO Supply Chain.

Over the course of a four-decade professional career, Rich has garnered extensive firsthand experience in various domains, including manufacturing, technical training, industrial distribution, and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) enterprises. His client portfolio is remarkably diverse, spanning industries such as automotive, mining, oil & gas, power generation, distribution,... to the Department of Defense.

Rich received his BS in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, before entering the private sector. With graduate studies in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration for Global Business, Rich has authored a Lean Series of Memory Joggers™ and the book Strategic MRO, Roadmap for Transforming Your Assets into a Strategic Advantage.
